Sunday school, Bible school, and confirmation classes passed the congregation's faith from one generation to the next.
Education has been part of the congregation's work from its earliest years. The book's chapters on Methodist Sunday School, Bible School, and Confirmation Class record how teachers and volunteers taught and mentored Rushville's children across the decades.
Alongside them, the Methodist Youth Fellowship gave young people a place to grow in faith and service together. Their stories are preserved alongside those of the ministers and musicians who led the congregation.
